How to grow your own sprouts

Fresh sprouts are so energizing and super easy to digest. And you get a ton of nutritional bang for your buck with sprouts because you unlock all the nutrients that were packed away in that tiny seed, which were meant to grow a large plant. But instead all that energy is now yours to build a healthy body.

If you haven't really been exposed to it or if you're not sure why it's such an important part of food preparation take just a few minutes to watch the series of quick videos I recorded for you. Instead of me just telling you to eat sprouts because they're good for you, I'll teach you why. I think the more you understand how powerful foods like fresh sprouts can really be the more likely you are to maintain new healthy habits because you know the why.

I want you to consider soaking and sprouting. It's an extra step in the kitchen but it's so rewarding.

I made you a mini-course on one of my favorite things to do in the kitchen. It's complimentary for you and it's packed with holistic nutrition education too. The mini-course is all about Sprouting

I had a lot of fun making these videos and I kept them short and sweet because I know how valuable time is these days. I hope you like them and until next time...
